While waiting at a traffic light,
a mother and a boy of about three years old were playing "Daruma-san ga Koronda".
The mother hid her face against the wall under the road,
and the boy approached step by step with his small feet.
The sight was truly heartwarming.
When the light changed, the two held hands,
and ran across the crosswalk.
The mother's smile and the boy's smile.
That moment was like a gentle breeze blowing through my heart.

Even though it was a scene that lasted only a few seconds,
I could see the shape of "happiness" within it.
It wasn't anything special, so why does it stay in my heart so much?
I don't think I will ever forget the kindness of the wind that day.
