March 😌🎎🌸#ShirokumaLiteratureClub
Speaking of March, it's the Doll Festival
Hina dolls with slightly silly faces
A long time ago, back when you were still healthy
We bought them on our way back from Kyoto, didn't we?
At first glance, both you and I
fell in love with them
Even though we bought these favorite Hina dolls,
we only brought them out on the day of the festival each year
It felt like such a waste to put them away right away,
so we would keep them on display
until after the festival, when the cherry blossoms bloomed
You used to often say,
"If you're slow to put the Hina dolls away,
you'll be late to get married,"
but as you started going in and out of the hospital,
before I knew it,
you stopped saying things like that
When I started coming home from work at noon,
the time we spent together increased,
and you told me, "This is the happiest I've ever been"
I realized you must have been feeling lonely and anxious for a long time
That was when I realized it
Right now, from inside that small Buddhist altar
Can you see this small
Hina doll with the slightly silly face?
I'm sorry for being late to take them out again this year
I will keep them displayed until the cherry blossoms bloom
So please forgive me
To Mother🐥
✳️Shirokuma Literature Club | I am participating in the fun project 'March is'😌✨
This is a project article by Kosuke Komaki of the Shirokuma Literature Club⬇️
Today, I took out the Hina dolls.
They are Hina dolls with a slightly silly, charming expression🎎✨
Looking at the Hina dolls reminds me of my mother, so I wrote a letter to her😌🐥✨
