Towards One Self-Actualization📚✨

I have decided to resume my studies for the Real Estate Notary examination, which is already 11 months away✏️!
Studying in a different industry requires perseverance,
so I plan to take about a year to deepen my knowledge thoroughly^^

I thought about studying bookkeeping as well,
but I couldn't really get into it, so I bought the 2025 edition textbook📖

Last time, I used the 'Everyone Wanted This' series,
but I've decided to try a fresh start with a different textbook!😋

Now, regarding the 'self-actualization' in the title,
one of my goals is the desire to 'provide housing where people can live happily'.

There are two reasons for this:
① My own experience of purchasing and renovating a used condominium
② My experience of purchasing a dilapidated detached house, self-renovating it, and running a rental business

Based on these two experiences, I would like to try my hand at brokering used housing, proposing renovations,
and brokering rental properties myself😊🏠

I want to realize this business while working as a salaryman, using limited time on weekends and weekday evenings!
I understand that this business is not easy, especially with professional real estate companies in the market,
but I simply cannot suppress the urge to try it out😳

This time, passing the Real Estate Notary qualification is difficult, and it is highly likely I will have to carry it over,
but I will study hard for a year and aim to reach a state where self-actualization is possible.
Also, while aiming to acquire the qualification, I want to gain experience and achievements
through new dilapidated house renovations and the rental business😁!

So, to summarize,
as a salaryman, I think it's a good thing if your current job is your true calling.
However, aren't there many people like me who feel dissatisfied and frustrated with their current work?

While it varies from person to person, I think it is difficult for many to choose to let go of the salary
from their current company.

I hope to gradually shift my focus,
and I think every day that I want to proceed, even if it takes time,
to work on what I love and make it a viable business😊

Even if it doesn't work out as a business, I am optimistic
that this experience could be applied to my life as a salaryman,
or that I might gain some synergy effect from it😄

That is how this salaryman landlord has been finding a way forward,
seeking purpose and satisfaction in a life that otherwise feels like being a slave^^♪

When I achieve one of my goals, I would like to share it with everyone
and become someone who can deliver something to those aiming for the same path or those dissatisfied with their current situation!!
