Connections and Gratitude: The Happiness of Note
The other day, an unexpected morning arrived.
When I opened my smartphone, there were several unfamiliar notifications lined up.
"Huh, what's happening?"
Thinking that, I took a sip of hot water (lol), and when I checked slowly,
a fellow noter had introduced my article.
I was surprised, grateful, warmed, and almost felt like crying a little.
Maybe I'm just a crybaby (lol).

Your happiness matters more than anything else.
Today is a day I want to express my gratitude.
I want to tell many people, but first, I must thank those who introduced my articles.
My place on Note is overflowing with happiness.

Hitotarao-san: I celebrated your birthday and received a return gift. Respect & gratitude!
Soraha DX 100%: I also read your Kindle e-book!
donchan1962-san: I've had a connection with you since I started Note, and I'm grateful.
Nishiyama-san, who supports a life living through YOGA: I believe you liked my post because of the affinity between YOGA and holistic health, and I'm grateful!
Harunezumi-san: I participated in your event and kept a bottle.
Takanashi-san: We've been interacting through comments!

Kaachan-san, Yukiyomi-san, thank you!

◾️ To everyone who introduced me
Everyone who introduced me is someone I secretly respected in the Note community, thinking, "Wow..."
That such people would pick up my clumsy articles.
The words "thank you" are not enough to express it.
◾️ Connections come suddenly
Since I studied Ayurveda, the concept of "Samskara" comes up.
In Japanese, it feels like "imprints on the heart" or "accumulation of connections."
Encounters are not coincidences, but things drawn to us by the accumulation of our past actions and thoughts—that is my way of thinking.
It might sound a bit spiritual, but
this can also be explained through cognitive science.
People are wired to unconsciously notice things that align with their interests and values. You could call it a positive use of 'confirmation bias'.
I believe you must have sensed the feeling of 'wanting to grow together with someone' that exists within my articles.
That made me happy.
◾️ The little things I have cherished
Actually, there is something I have decided to do when I write on Note.
'The warmth I receive, I will always pass on to the next person'
If I receive a 'like', I go read that person's articles too.
If I receive a comment, I reply as carefully as I can.
If I come across a wonderful article, I share it without hesitation.
I don't do it perfectly (the 80% rule is in effect here too), but
I feel that this accumulation returns to me in the form of 'connections' before I even realize it.
◾️ Gratitude is too precious to just keep to yourself
The moment you feel grateful, let that feeling flow somewhere.
Whether it's through a comment, a 'like', or sharing an article.
Gratitude isn't money, so it doesn't decrease when you use it.
In fact, I believe it increases the more you give it away.
Research from Harvard University has also reported that expressing gratitude increases both self-esteem and happiness.
Voicing a 'thank you' for someone else's sake is actually a gift to yourself as well.
◾️ Today's 80% action
Please try saying 'thank you' to one person.
Whether it's a 'like' or a comment, the form doesn't matter.
Gratitude begins to circulate the moment you give it away🌸
I like the feeling of circulation, as if things are coming around.
Once again, thank you so much for introducing my article.
I would be happy if we could continue to chat slowly while sipping some hot water ☕

With love and gratitude 🕊️
