I have been unable to write because I kept thinking about what to write, what not to write, whether to write everything, or whether to write nothing at all.
Even now, as I start writing like this, I don't really feel like I can write much. It's not that I don't want to, though.
In times like these, to remember my original intention, I will follow what I wrote in my note profile section,"While maintaining moderation, I will 'write' honestly, and with courtesy, I will 'like' every article I read without exception."and write honestly without trying to write something clever. I won't worry about what everyone thinks. Of course, while"maintaining moderation."
Right now, there is only one thing I feel in my heart.
Perhaps I am looking at the present more optimistically than everyone else.
As long as I am prepared anddoing everything in my powerto do what I need to do, I don't really care if the result is incredibly disastrous or if it's a result that brings tears to people's eyes.
As long as I am evaluated and allowed to play in matches as a player, I will continue to fight on the pitch, and if I cannot do my job on that pitch, I will simply stop being able to play in matches and will simply be fired.
I think it's a fine line whether you call this resolve or irresponsibility, but I believe that if I can express my resolve on the pitch, I can fulfill my goal as a soccer player: to be a "player who moves people's hearts."
In thinking about these things, what tends to be overlooked is thatpeople who are in the club, that is, people employed by the club, have the possibility of being fired.I think that is the case.
And on top of that, what is important is that supporters do not get fired. Unless something extreme happens.
As long as you maintain moderation, there will be no punishments like being banned, and that is a matter of being a normal member of society before even being a supporter, so I will not accept fruitless opinions.
People who are, or might be, fired and people who are not, or are unlikely to be, fired are trying to create the same entertainment.
I think this difference in position is the essence of the phenomenon that occurred after this match.
And these things, looking at the current J.League and the soccer world, not just Gainare Tottori, seem to me to be happening everywhere.
It's a difference in stance, or rather, it's not a matter of which is good or bad, but if youdo not understandthese different positions and the environment surrounding those people, I wonder if smiles and excitement will disappear from the pitch as you are swallowed by a sad dilemma.
Sadly, no matter how much you have the same thoughts and passion, the scenery you see is different. These are problems that arise from positions, so they are things that cannot be changed. They are immutable. Because a position is the place where you are standing. It is the same as the phases of the moon.
If everyone could be in the same position and move in the same direction, there would be nothing more fun and happy than that.
So, is it that we cannot see the same scenery? That is a different story.
We have the wisdom to see the same scenery.
That is goal setting.
That is why the club needs to show the direction to move in, and that is whyclub spirit and slogansexist.
After graduating from university, I started my career in the JFL, where I experienced a league that was a mix of clubs aiming to join the J.League and clubs that were not.
I believe the reason the pros and cons of these clubs are not discussed is because their goals are clearly defined.
When a club is perceived to have strayed from its goals or slogans, it is criticized.
At my alma mater, the University of Tsukuba Football Club, the fourth-year students lead the process of deciding on various directions, such as slogans, philosophies, missions, and values, through repeated meetings every year.
At the time, I felt stressed about deciding on so many buzzwords, and I even questioned whether thinking about such things was truly necessary, but looking back now, I strongly believe it was essential.
I simply want the people employed by the club and all the fans and supporters to walk the same path. I just want to climb the same mountain.
With just that, couldn't we climb even further and to greater heights?
If everyone just climbs the mountain they want to climb in their own way, even if they reach the summit, there will be no one beside them.
In closing,
Today was my day off, and I went to Mount Oyama for the first time.
It was a good mountain. I hope to prepare well and reach the summit someday.
