Have you ever felt that breastfeeding is tough? Solutions and measures ★ Introducing the breastfeeding goods that were useful in our home
Breastfeeding a newborn is tough, isn't it? The frequency is high, you become sleep-deprived, and it is quietly exhausting.
I, too, have experienced breastfeeding from my first child to my third, and no matter how many times I do it, my memories of breastfeeding in the newborn period are only of pain and hardship.
In the midst of those days, there were breastfeeding goods that I truly thought,
I'm glad I bought this.
" I will introduce three breastfeeding goods that were actually useful in our home.

Nursing pillow
This was truly convenient to have. Having one versus not having one completely changes a mom's posture. Newborns are especially small, so they cannot reach the breast unless they are lifted by your arms. There is a limit to how long you can support breastfeeding with just your arms. Since a nursing pillow provides height, you can rest your arms on the pillow to breastfeed, which makes it very comfortable.
To make breastfeeding time even more comfortable, it is helpful to place a cushion or something similar under your feet to add height! I often had to breastfeed while standing on my tiptoes, so I think a nursing pillow and a foot cushion will make a mom's body more comfortable.

Pigeon Nipple Shield
The frequency of breastfeeding is 7 to 8 times a day. Nipples get overworked and develop cracks, don't they? Even when you have cracks, you can't take a break from breastfeeding... and breastfeeding while enduring the pain is tough, isn't it? That was when I encountered this Pigeon Nipple Shield. Since it is made of silicone rubber, the baby will drink without fussing. Because it doesn't touch the nipple directly, the pain is also reduced. I used this until the cracks healed. Also, in the beginning, it's hard for breast milk to come out, right? When I used this nipple shield at the maternity clinic, I felt like the amount of milk increased.
Medela Purelan Lanolin Cream
I was told about Purelan at the maternity clinic. When I told them that the cracks were painful and it was hard to feed, the nurse recommended this Medela Purelan to me. How to use it: apply this cream to the nipple after breastfeeding. Then, cut a small piece of plastic wrap to a size that covers the nipple and stick it on top of the applied cream. Until the next breastfeeding, it feels like you are doing a pack. The effect of this cream pack was immense. Even though it was so painful, it gradually healed. Even after the cracks heal, if you continue, it acts as a preventative and makes it hard for cracks to form.
The cream is safe even if the baby licks it, so I would remove the wrap and breastfeed without wiping it off.
I was taught this when I had my third child, but it was so useful that I wish I had known about it since my first.
Daily breastfeeding is tough, isn't it? Thank you for your hard work.
Moms who are enduring the pain of cracks, please try it once. I really recommend it. I hope that the breastfeeding time that continues every day becomes even a little easier. I would be happy if you could use this as a reference (^o^) The breastfeeding period is over in a flash. Because it is a precious time, I hope you don't endure it, eliminate the painful time, and have a happy breastfeeding time with the help of these items. To all the mothers who are still working hard at breastfeeding, thank you for your hard work. Let's enjoy parenting in a relaxed way today as well. Sakura
