Prep it in the microwave, then
just sizzle it in a pan with garlic and oil.

[Ajillo-style Shrimp, Potato, and Asparagus Stir-fry]
■ Ingredients (for 2 servings)
4 asparagus spears
1 potato
3 mushrooms
5 cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 dried chili pepper
160g peeled shrimp
A pinch of salt
8 shakes of Ajinomoto
1 tablespoon white dashi
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
■ How to make
1. Prepare the asparagus, cut into 5cm lengths, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
2. Cut the potatoes into irregular chunks and microwave with the skin on at 600W for 3 minutes.
3. Cut the other ingredients, then add olive oil, garlic, and chili pepper to a frying pan and heat until fragrant.
4. Add the peeled shrimp first, and once one side is browned, add the other ingredients and seasonings.
5. Once the moisture has evaporated, add the cherry tomatoes, mix lightly, and it's done!

Stir-fry the shrimp first to keep them plump!
