Egg: 1
Cake flour: 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp
■ Instructions

■ Cooking tips
The egg + mayo + flour coating works as a substitute for batter! Minimal cleanup too.
When cooking, pan-fry slowly over medium-low heat to get it nice and crispy.
Stack the ham and cheese alternately and press them together so they don't fall apart.
■ The secret to its deliciousness
The appeal of this recipe is the melty cheese texture combined with the crispy coating.
The mayo-infused coating adds richness and flavor, so
it's delicious as is, or with your favorite sauce.
