[Prosciutto Edamame Cheese]
■ Ingredients (serves 2-3)
Mozzarella cheese: 80g
Prosciutto: 50g
Edamame (shelled): 160g
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Black pepper: a pinch
Garlic (tube): approx. 4cm
Lemon juice: 6-8 drops
Salt: to taste
■ Instructions
① Cut the mozzarella and prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.
(*You can also add other ingredients like tomatoes)
② Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix gently, and it's done!
■ Cooking tips
Frozen edamame works just fine!
Feel free to swap the oil for sesame oil if you prefer.
A small amount of garlic just for fragrance makes it easier to eat.
■ The Secret to Deliciousness
With just a little extra effort,
you can get a taste like an izakaya appetizer or a bar snack.
The gentle sweetness of the edamame and the saltiness of the prosciutto.
Add the mellowness of the mozzarella to that,
and it's a total winner.
