Connect with nature. Savor the island. A mindfulness guided tour to feel the Island of the Gods.

Omishima is filled with gentle, enveloping nature such as the sea, mountains, and waterfalls, as well as many places where you can feel the power of the island just by being there—places where the hardened mind and body naturally loosen, such as the megaliths, ancient trees, and shrines unique to this Island of the Gods.



"Shima-fulness" In this course, we will guide you to hidden power spots and natural locations on the island, and through simple exercises to open your five senses and ground your heart here, we will provide a
mindfulness experience
where you can fully enjoy the power of Omishima.

Open your senses to the birdsong, the scent of the tide, and the touch of the wind, and relax in the silence. Enjoy a moment to heal your body and soul and return to your center. We will also guide you to photo spots.

Courses are built while listening to your preferences at the time of booking. Please note that some changes may occur due to weather conditions on the day or the day before.

● "Sky Road" Course to Savor the Beauty of Many Islands

This course involves walking the ridge from Mt. Washigato to Mt. Angami. The ridgeline, which overlooks the spectacular views of the Seto Inland Sea, is just like walking on a road in the sky. You can move your body in this open space and feel the circulation of your mind and body.

● "Megalith Tour" Course to Feel the Power of the Gods

We will visit hidden power spots and megaliths surrounded by the three mountains—Mt. Washigato, Mt. Angami, and Mt. Komi—which are the sacred bodies of Oyamazumi Shrine. While sharing legends passed down by the gods and the local community, you can take time to sit in places where you can slowly feel the power and experience the island and its history.

● "Feel the Sea and Mountains" Course, the Best of the Island

This course is recommended for those who want to fully enjoy both the sea and the mountains, precisely because it is an island.
After guiding you to mountain spots where you can feel the presence of the gods, we will head to the calm Seto Inland Sea for a time of relaxation.
If you consult with us in advance, we can also time it to coincide with the sunset.

Around 3 to 4 hours (varies depending on the course)

● Participation Fee

8,800 yen per person

● Number of Participants

1 to 5 people.
*For groups of 3 or more, please use your own car or bicycle for transportation.

● Application Deadline

Please apply at least 2 days before your desired date.

<Notes>

Please come in comfortable shoes and clothing that is easy to move in.
If you are walking in the mountains, it is safer to wear a long-sleeved top and long pants.

The tour will be canceled in case of rain or stormy weather.
　In case of cancellation, we will notify you by 10:00 PM the previous day.
　If the tour is canceled, we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the location.
　Please understand this in advance.

When you make a reservation, we will inform you of the meeting place for the day.

<Cancellation Policy>

・3 days prior: 30% of the reservation fee
・The day before: 50% of the reservation fee
・On the day / No-show: 100% of the reservation fee

<Treatment Options>

Before or after your tour, you can also receive treatments at the salon such as Seitai (bodywork), Qigong, Ashiatsu (foot pressure massage), and mugwort steaming. Please refresh yourself before you head home.
Those who have booked Island-fulness can receive 10% off each menu item.
