To everyone in the note University Parenting Education Department, thank you as always for participating!

Before we know it, it's already June, and the halfway point of the year is approaching. Perhaps due to the humidity of the rainy season, you might be feeling a bit 'heavy' in both mind and body during this time.

For our May theme, 'Something you praised or were praised for recently,' I saw many wonderful shares, including heartwarming episodes and events that were a little embarrassing but happy. Thank you very much.✨
It made me realize once again that 'praising and being praised' are small joys in our daily lives.

Now, here is the June theme.

🎐 'Things I want to clear up'

Feeling a bit cloudy somewhere? Is your mind cluttered?
There are things that accumulate like 'fog' without us noticing amidst our busy lives, aren't there?

So this month, let's make 'things you want to clear up' our theme.

For example...

• 'I want to organize my child's school handouts and clear them up!'

• 'Feeling refreshed after saying that one thing I couldn't say for a long time' (including wishes)

• 'Feeling refreshed by talking things out properly instead of bottling up anger'

• 'Clearing up my closet by boldly letting go of clothes I don't need'

And so on—anything goes, whether it's about your heart or your home! Also, it's okay to write about things you've already cleared up, not just things you want to, okay?🙆‍♀️

Organizing your emotions is fine, and tidying up your surroundings is also fine.
Even a small 'clear up' is perfectly fine.
I believe that each one of these can be an opportunity to look at yourself and your family with care.

I plan to announce the results on the evening of Sunday, July 6, while decorating for Tanabata.

The results announcement and final report to President Hinahime are scheduled for the evening of the first Sunday of the following month. After that, President Hinahime will conduct the final review, support, and recommendations, so please do not withdraw from note University until then.
