I passed the Hazardous Materials Class B Group 4 exam!

At the beginning of last December, I posted that I was going to challenge the Amateur Radio Second-Class operator exam, but I had actually started studying for the Hazardous Materials Engineer exam even before that. Was it around November? I thought I had posted about it here, but it seems I hadn't.
Since entering January, I prioritized studying for the Hazardous Materials Class B Group 4 over the Second-Class Amateur Radio exam. Although I took the test on February 22nd, I was so sure I had failed that I didn't even check my answers. I had intended to retake it around autumn.
I had heard the results would be announced at the end of March, but a postcard suddenly arrived. I had been so focused on the Second-Class Amateur Radio exam that I had completely forgotten about it (lol).

Ah, the failure notice has arrived, I thought!

Thinking I had failed, I opened it without hesitation, only to see the word "Pass"!
I had a 60% correct rate in Laws and Regulations, and 100% in Physics and Chemistry. It was a five-choice format, so I can only assume my intuition was incredibly sharp. I checked the Fire and Disaster Management Agency's website as well. There is no doubt about it.

There are many study videos uploaded on YouTube, and the ones for Physics and Chemistry were especially helpful. If YouTube had existed when I was in middle or high school, I might have pursued a science track (lol). The two below were particularly useful.

On Zensho's channel, I was able to thoroughly understand heat quantity, moles, and chemical equations—topics in physics and chemistry that were completely baffling to me during my student days.
Anyway, from now on, I'm focusing on the Second-Class Amateur Radio exam! After that, maybe I'll get a large vehicle license and drive a tank truck or something!
