Chibi Character Creation Process Reveal Part 1

In July, I held a free chibi character project on X,
and I had the pleasure of drawing Vtuber Kashiore-sama.
I will briefly share the production process.

First, we discuss and you choose a plan.
[Standard Plan]
Rough sketch -> Revisions -> Line art -> Revisions -> Final polish -> Revisions -> Delivery (up to 3 revisions each)

[Leave-it-to-me Plan]
No revisions -> Delivery

This time, the client requested the [Leave-it-to-me Plan].
Since they left the pose and other details to me, I was able to draw freely.

I had progressed as far as the line art, but I wasn't satisfied, so I changed the pose. Based on the name, I initially thought of having them hold a cassis orange cocktail, but I decided to make a bold change.
Since their self-introduction page mentioned they have a sharp tongue, I had them stick their tongue out, and changed the gesture to something a bit more mature based on the alcohol theme.

3. Final polish

Since there were no revisions requested, I delivered the image.

When I first saw the character, the hair accessories were so wonderful that I felt the artist who designed the character must be a master artist, so I put my heart into drawing it.
I created this with respect for the master artist who designed the character and for Kashiore-sama. Thank you for your cooperation!
