The reason I set it to within 300 characters is because
a tweet is 140 characters, and I thought about twice that amount might be just right.

Since it's a "love letter," I simply thought it would be easier to write concisely rather than writing at length.
I hope this serves as a trigger for those who say they are usually too shy to write such things.

300 characters is surprisingly short.
The character count up to this point is 624 characters.
My thought was, why not express a dense, concentrated "♡love♡" rather than a long, empty text?
