【Starting my journey to becoming a mini-macho man🏋️】
Hello.
This is Hiro.
I'm not quite at the level of the Super Saiyan from yesterday's article, but I've decided I want to evolve a little more myself...
In addition to my current gym, Life Fit Funabashi, I've signed up for another one💪😊
FIT PLACE24 Funabashi Store.
It's a gym that includes four personal training sessions per month😊

It's a gym run by YouTuber Yamasawa-san, who has over a million subscribers.
Yamasawa-san also sells protein-related products and seems to be a charismatic figure in this world.
I learned about him after I started working out to keep from getting lazy once I was discharged from the hospital.
Since he's a former gymnast, he apparently has an incredible physique to begin with, which I, as someone with muscle atrophy, find quite enviable.
Since returning to work in December, my appetite has increased a bit, and I've been feeling a good pump after my workouts, so I've started to think I'd like to take things a bit more seriously.
I've been going to the gym for about four months since September 6th, right after I left the hospital, and I felt that was enough of a warm-up.Conversely, after four months, I felt my results were still lacking, partly because I was doing it my own way, so I decided to take the plunge and get personal training.
A female follower I met on note also seems to have achieved significant results through personal training.
She even calls herself a 'female gorilla'🤣🤣🤣
So, I often consult her about strength training.
And so, to catch up with her and maybe even surpass her (surpassing her is impossible😅), I took a free trial today and signed up on the spot.
From what I could see, the people going there seemed to have a much higher 'macho' ratio than at Life Fit, and the gym's facilities were quite substantial, so I think I might be able to aim a little higher depending on my mindset and approach...😅
The only downside for me is that there are no showers.
For the time being, I'll keep my membership at Life Fit for the showers and continue going to both.
Life Fit
¥3,287 per month (with a one-year commitment)
FIT PLACE24
¥19,800 per month (includes 4 personal training sessions per month, no commitment)
Even combined, it's under ¥25,000, so I thought it was cheap by market standards.
My next personal training session is on January 15th!
I'll do my best to aim for becoming a mini-macho man👊😊
On the way home, it was so cold that I started craving hot sake, so I went for a drink by myself...
I'm sipping on fin sake with sashimi and shark cartilage with plum as a snack😅

Well then...
Hiro
