Work-from-home daysI am someone who desperately wants to increase my
If possible, 3 days a week, with the bare minimum realistic line being 2 days a week3days, the realistic limit is2days
I have permission for 1 day a week1day
I basically put off tasks that can be done at home and prioritize work that can only be done by going in (
paperwork oroffice-mandatorytasks), aiming to leave bythe 5 PM houras much as possible
I want to finish dinner early, watchNetflix, do some
reading, and interact inonline salonsand other
communitiestoo~
So, points wheregoing to the office is easier
1. Anyway, if I'm at the office,nothing is said
It's like, 'Oh, she's here (relief)'
As long as I'm there, even if an emergency occurs, they can use me to the fullest!? lol
2. I getleft alonenicely
(in a sense,freedom🗽)
3. On work-from-home days, I have to providemorning and evening reportsto the department manager + everyone on the team

harassment!? lol
4. The work-from-home PC is set to lock if not touched for 2-3 minutes, so I always have to be careful
5. It's easy with the company cafeteria
And, what I feel are thebenefits of working from homeare...
1. Providingmealsfor the children (especially duringsummer vacation, not only lunch, but because of
summer school, the 4 PM hour and dinner time are early) can be done smoothly
2. It is possible tomanage the timefor sending them off
3. I can quickly dochoresduring free time or
gapsin my schedule (hanging up sheets, washing dishes, etc.)
④ Household chores get done ahead of schedule compared to when I go to the office more efficiently
⑤ I can work while listening to my favorite music, etc.
My thoughts after one month of introducing one work-from-home day per week
... By the way, this week there was an
incident where my half-day off was cancelled, so even though I had a half-day off, I ended up working 5 days a week...
Those were my random thoughts~~~
For the sake of
Work in Life, not just work-life balance, and as a countermeasure against the decline in physical strength due to aging, I want to defend my one day of working from home per week, so I plan to negotiate to keep using it after October🎗️
