I planned a trip for my long-awaited day off.
Escaping the daily hustle and bustle,
I arrived in
Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture.

Even though I call myself an "idol,"
I'm in my 50s and don't have much confidence in my stamina.
But I really wanted to feel the blue sea and the breeze of the Shimanami Kaido♡

The theme of this trip is,
" Easy even for women in their 50s! A heart-fluttering pilgrimage."

A magical shortcut ✨

First, I got off at Onomichi Station
and started by making my stomach happy.
The "
Onomichi Ramen" I enjoyed while gazing at the sparkling seahad a soy sauce aroma and back-fat sweetness that warmed my heart.

Here is Ruco's secret trick.

Cycling all the way from Onomichi to Hakata Island... is a bit much😅
The golden rule for mature women is not to overdo it from the start.

I took a high-speed boat from Onomichi Port
straight to "Ikuchijima (Setoda)"!
The 40 minutes spent bathed in the sea breeze
was the prologue to the best stage ever.

Into the world of the story, I hopped on my bike from Ikuchijima and
aimed for Hakata Island.

At Dolphin Farm Shimanami, where I stopped along the way,
I couldn't help but exclaim "So cute!"
at the sight of the dolphins swimming so innocently.

Watching them swim so freely,
it feels like the waves wash away
all the little worries of everyday life 💕

A night in the sacred place. Tonight's accommodation is
"Ryori Ryokan Seto" on Hakata Island.Ryori Ryokan Seto.

Actually, this is the place that served as the model for
the protagonist Naruse-kun's family home
in the drama "N no Tame ni."
A "sacred place" I've always wanted to visit ✨

While remembering the poignant scenes from the drama,
gazing at the beautiful Seto Inland Sea sunset makes my heart ache with emotion.

As an idol, Ruco,
this lyrical scenery became an important
source of inspiration.

Tonight, I filled my stomach
with the inn's pride, fresh seafood 💕

My whole body hurts 😅
It was a roughly 2-hour bike ride from Ikuchijima!
With ups and downs,
I wonder if I'll be okay with muscle pain tomorrow? 💦

I'll massage my legs in a relaxing bath
and prepare for tomorrow's adventure ♡
