A Conversation Between Husband and Wife One Day

I'm heading out for a bit🚙💨
\
\
Huh? Where are you going?
/
/
To donate blood as usual💉
\
\
That's a wonderful hobby.
/
\
But you know, the person who gets blood from you...
/
\
What if they suddenly start speaking in a Kansai dialect?!
/
/
They might get impatient (short-tempered)
\
\
Start walking with their legs bowed
/
/
And develop a potbelly too
\
\
That person would be in trouble~
/
/
That's for sure

I want to pray for the safety of the person who received blood🩸 from my blood-donation-loving husband

No,
it's not 'residence'.
The main topic starts here.

The other day, a circular came around from the Red Cross asking for donations.
Of course, it says "voluntary".
It asks us to circle either a ○ or an ❌ to indicate whether or not we will donate.
Mr. Sato ○
Mr. Takahashi ○
Mr. Suzuki ○
Mr. Yamada ○
Mr. Ito ○
Mr. Chiba ○
・
・
・
Everyone has marked it with a ○.
Donating is a wonderful thing.
There is nothing wrong with donating.
Now, what should I do?
Should we do it too because everyone else marked ○?
That was the first thing that came to mind.
This circular is seen by everyone, and
should I donate because I don't want to be thought of as a "household that doesn't donate"?
Should I donate because I care about what others think?
It's not that I'm stingy with money.
It wasn't about wanting to donate, but rather,
"the 'me' who cares about what others think
felt uneasy..
…What should I do?
After a brief pause, I marked ❌.
It was a refreshing ❌.

My husband! Thank you!
I'm glad you're a person with plenty of blood!
I'm glad you have such thick veins!
Long live blood donation!!
