☀️|Let's try using different communication methods.
Good morning.
Today's emotional weather is sunny, Little by Little.
There are many ways to communicate with people, but
what methods do you all like?
・Face-to-face in person
・Face-to-face through a screen・Phone
・Email・LINE
・Letter・SNS
When you list them out, there are quite a few, aren't there?
I think each one has its own merits and demerits.
After all, meeting in person or face-to-face through a screen leaves a stronger impression of the person's character and the encounter, making for a more memorable communication for both parties.
Also, because you can feel the subtle nuances and the atmosphere, it is effective for important moments or when you want to avoid misunderstandings.
You can also feel the warmth of a person.
But, perhaps because I am an introverted HSP, it consumes a lot of energy.
When I finish talking, I break out in a strange sweat.
It feels like I have to charge my energy and psych myself up before heading into it.
What I like is communication through writing.
A gentle, calm communication that puts a buffer of text in between.
Recently, I use a computer a lot, but sometimes seeing someone's handwriting is interesting because it reveals their personality too.
With LINE, the 'read' status is transmitted to the other person, and the tempo is fast, so the downside is that I feel anxious, thinking, 'I have to reply quickly!'
The speed of communication in society is getting faster and faster, but
as an introvert, I have given up on trying to keep up with that speed, in a good way.
Reading and replying at my own pace.
'Little by Little is always laid-back, so it can't be helped.'
I hope everyone thinks of me that way.
It would be good to be able to master various communication methods
while consulting with your own remaining energy levels and the purpose of the communication.
I hope you have a peaceful day today as well.
