[Behind the Scenes of Film Production #34] Report and Thank You for the Conclusion of the Crowdfunding for the Film 'I, Ferment!'

The crowdfunding for the film 'I, Ferment!' has successfully concluded.

To everyone who provided support, shared our project, and sent warm messages during this period,
thank you so much.

'I'm rooting for you' and 'I want to see it'
Each and every one of those words truly gave the production team the push we needed.
These past few weeks have made me strongly feel once again that a film is something we create together with all of you.

■ Crowdfunding Results

Total Amount Pledged: 2,763,500 yen
Achievement Rate: 110%
Number of Supporters: 242 people

And on the final day, at the Anabuki Arena in Takamatsu,
we were given the opportunity to promote the program and give a greeting
before the game of the professional basketball team, the Kagawa Five Arrows.

As I stood alongside general producer Moriro Murakami to give our greeting,
'I want to energize Kagawa even more with this film'
that feeling welled up in me naturally.

● Conversation with Professor Katsue Ishii

We spoke with our ambassador, Professor Emeritus Katsue Ishii of Chiba University,
about topics such as 'living better' and 'what is fermentation?'
as an expert in taste education and food.
(The professor is also my mentor from my university days.)
