A Place Where Everyone Involved in Construction Can Shake Hands | Call for Co-editors for Our Collaborative Magazine

Good evening.
I am Roar Boy (Mitsuhiro).

I have recently created a collaborative magazine aimed at people in various positions involved in construction.
I am looking for people to join us (as co-editors).

1. Purpose of this magazine

There are many people involved in construction.
Designers, contractors, architects, facility engineers, managers, real estate professionals, government officials, back-office staff, "people who want to build," "people having trouble with buildings that have been built," and so on.

By having people in diverse positions bring their knowledge and experience to the table and read each other's work,

• I want to help everyone level up and solve problems.

• I want this to be a place for "handshakes" where participants can connect with each other and deepen mutual understanding with readers.

This is a collaborative magazine created with those thoughts in mind.

2. What is a collaborative magazine?

A collaborative magazine is a system where multiple creators jointly manage a single magazine and grow it by adding articles.

The owner and co-editors can add articles, and if it is a free magazine (as this one is), you can also add articles from others that fit the theme.

3. Positioning of this magazine

The concept of this collaborative magazine is"Improvement"and"Handshakes."It functions broadly as a place where everyone involved in construction can connect.

4. Who we would like to join

• Those who are willing to share technical knowledge related to construction (all job types, fields, and areas are welcome).

• Those who use buildings (owners (individuals/corporations), building management, facility management, etc.).

• Those who support construction from the back office.

• Those involved in development

• Those involved in the buying and selling of buildings

• Those who share information regarding laws and compliance

• Those working on innovation through IT, DX, etc.

• Those aiming for greater heights as engineers

• Those who share stories of failure and lessons learned

• Those who are raising issues or want to do so

• Those who want to build a house in the future

• Those who are troubled or facing problems

• etc.

5. Benefits of Participating

1. Articles become easier to reach
Since articles and creators on the same theme gather here, it becomes easier for them to reach the people who need them. (They become easier to read)

2. Easier to obtain necessary information

Articles that you might not be able to find on your own gather in the magazine, making it easier to find the information you need.

Reading articles from people in different positions may lead to new insights and discoveries.

4. Increase your connections
A path between participants and readers is created, making it easier to connect with related articles and writers.

5. Possibility of genuine 'handshakes'
Beyond these connections, there is surely a possibility that new collaborations and innovations will be born.

6. How to Participate

1. Please let us know that you would like to participate in the comments section of this article.

2. The management will confirm and manually set up your participation.
   *It may take some time.

3. Please click the approval button in the 'Collaborative Magazine Invitation Email' sent from note.

7. How to Publish Articles

[New Article]
When posting an article, you can add it to the magazine by "A Place Where Everyone Involved in Construction Can Shake Hands" checking it.

[Published Articles]
You can add them later via "Account → Article List → Article to Add → Add to Magazine."

* If you feel you are receiving too many notifications, you can turn them off via "Settings → Notifications → Email → Collaborative Magazine Updates."

8. Rules

• You may add up to 3 articles per day (up to 2 paid articles per month).

• Adding past articles is allowed (this is important, so please do so).

• Slander, defamation, or expressions that incite excessive anxiety are not allowed.

• Adding other people's articles is also allowed (however, if the content deviates from the purpose, the management may remove it from the magazine. We will contact you with the reason if necessary).

• Mutual follows and comments are allowed (however, the magazine management cannot intervene in or take responsibility for DMs or personal interactions/troubles outside of note. Please handle such interactions at your own discretion).

• Changes to various magazine settings (title, description, cover image, etc.) will be made only by the owner (or someone requested by the owner).
