💗 To joyfully bring out children's talents!
When my eldest daughter was 11 months old, I started taking parent-child classes, which sparked the thought,"I want to work in a field that involves nurturing children,"and I entered the world of early childhood education with zero experience.
Thirty years ago, many people were skeptical about early childhood education, saying "0 years old is too early," but due to strong demand from moms, I started a baby eurhythmics class with seven students, including babies as young as four months old (now from 2 months).
Fortunately, the number of students in the class gradually increased, but eventually, a sense of unease began to grow in my heart:"Is this really okay for my lessons?"😥
The reason was the gap between"one-off learning from textbooks and seminars"and"lessons that children can truly enjoy in the field."Something felt off...
✨ Couldn't I make it more fun...
✨ I wanted to provide lessons where parents aren't just chaperones but can enjoy themselves and see their children's progress,
and I wanted to provide such lessons consistently and with confidence!
I began to think.
At the time, I couldn't find any teaching materials or courses to solve this problem, so through trial and error, I completed my own unique early childhood eurhythmics method,"Entertainment-style Baby Eurhythmics: The Ritopure Method."
A method that doesn't use a piano but uses original sound sources full of rhythm, allowing even those with zero experience to joyfully nurture children. The key to this, the music production that captures children's hearts, has grown to over 300 songs. Now, it is incorporated into various early childhood education settings and has become a method that
brings smiles to many parents, children, and instructors.😊
Children who experience "Doing things is fun! Learning is fun!" in their early childhoodbecome people who have the motivation to learn on their own👏That is why I am convinced that what is important for us as early childhood educators is,
✨
more than the "ability to teach," the "ability to entertain" children and their moms and dads~👍
Therefore, 💕
Enjoyment = EntertainmentI provide early childhood teaching methods with this as the core.
💗 Popularizing the method and women's power to work
The reason I am proud that the teaching method using sound sources I devised is groundbreaking is thateven people with no experience can debut as high-quality instructors in a short period, and work in fields involving music and children.
"A method that anyone can practice as an instructor if they have a passion for children's education, without needing years of training."
Actually, I had only provided this know-how and curriculum to a select few until now. But I started to think, "I want more people who resonate with the Ritopure philosophy to use it!" and decided to share it.
I would be happy if you could make use of it🙂
💗 Finally
In this note, I hope to shareteaching methods that can be used in practice and cannot be found through searches, andsolutions to common parenting issuesthat I have felt and verified through my experience in early childhood education💛
There may be things you resonate with, and things you feel are "a bit different," but I would be happy if you could enjoy reading them🙂
I believe that nurturing the children who will carry the future is an important job shared byall of us adults.✨ I would be happy to connect through this note with those interested in education, as well as people in other industries and companies.
Thank you very much🙂
