3 Ways to Increase Happy Moments When Parenting Feels 'So Tough' 💕
I write about early childhood development and tips to make your parenting life richer and happier. Please feel free to use these as a reference. 😊
Parenting has so many joyful moments, doesn't it?
Seeing your child smile or noticing their growth truly makes you feel happy. 💗
However, it is also true that there are times when you think, 'This is so tough...'
So, here are some points to make parenting more fun and exciting every day that I'd like to suggest. 💖
These are three methods practiced by people around me who parent happily.
I'm sure there are many different ways, but please feel free to try these out if you'd like. 😄
1.) Create time outside of just being with your child
Parent-child time is important, but it can get exhausting when it's just you and your child for too long.
So,
💗 Create time to spend together with other moms or people you are close to.
💗 Try going to events or lessons where you can participate as a parent and child.
⭕ Whether it's mom friends or just people you can chat with, having opportunities to receive outside stimulation is a great way for moms to refresh.
2) Have experiences where you can truly feel, 'How cute!'
Having moments in your daily life where you think, 'How cute,' is a great encouragement for parenting.
For example,
💗 Try starting a new game or hobby together.
💗 Take photos or videos and enjoy recording their growth.
It's important to repeatedly realize, 'They really are cute!' even in those moments you might otherwise overlook.
It really lifts your spirits. 👍
3) Have time that you, as a mom, find enjoyable
When parenting, it's easy to try hard 'for the sake of the child.'
But I believe the most important thing is for you, as a mom, to enjoy yourself.
Because, 💕 when a mom's heart is full, it shows, and that feeling is conveyed to your child, making them happy too.
So, check if you are having fun first.
It's best to choose things that you enjoy. 👏
For example,
💗 Try creating a tea time for yourself once in a while. ☕
💗 Find a child's class where you, as a mom, can also feel refreshed.
✨ The key here is to choose a class where you, as a 'mom,' also have fun, rather than just being a 'chaperone' for your child!
👩🦰 When a mom is smiling, that feeling is naturally conveyed to her child.
✅ Summary
To turn the 'tough' parts of parenting into 'exciting' ones, just a little bit of ingenuity is important.
✨ Create time to spend with others, rather than just the two of you.
✨ Increase experiences where you can discover how cute your child is.
✨ Create time that you, as a mom, can enjoy.
Decide, 'First, I'll try incorporating one thing that I (as a mom) find fun 💝,' and start casually.
I'm sure the time you spend together as parent and child will become much more enjoyable and comfortable. 😊
