Is 'Take action with 20% preparation' really correct?

"Just get moving! 20% preparation is enough!"

You may have heard those words before.

To be honest,
I believed those words,

took action impulsively with only 20% preparation,
and ended up regretting it.

I had the desire to do it,
and taking action itself is not a bad thing.

However, as a result of starting without thinking it through at all,

I couldn't consult with a mentor,
ended up in a situation where I couldn't turn back,
and it became painful to continue.
There was a time when I forced myself to keep going.

Exhausted in both mind and body,
I spent my days asking myself, "Is this really what I wanted to do?"

that is not a bad thing at all.

In fact, the fact that you can feel anxious means you are sincere,
and I think you are someone who values the future.

For such people, instead of "20% preparation,"

I recommend the choice of preparing with a trusted mentor before taking action.

Instead of worrying alone and stopping because you are aiming for perfection,

just having someone who can prepare for action with you
will greatly change the quality of your start and your subsequent persistence.
