And I was in charge of the lyrics this time ┏○ Bow
I haven't written lyrics since the Festival of Talent, but I received a wild request suggesting that since I write poetry, I should be able to do it, so I gave it a try with a racing heart. I wrote the lyrics with the host, Shirokuma-san, in mind.
The concept story goes something like this ⬇️
Saying "I'm fine," while
in reality, I'm not fine at all.
Headphones are for listening to music, but also
for drowning out unpleasant voices and sounds.
The only time I can finally shed the tears I've held back is when I'm alone on a night road, looking up at the moon.
—Why am I like this?
As I muttered that and looked up at the sky, the first-magnitude star that always watches over me was looking back. Is that Polaris?
When the brilliantly shining Polaris twinkles and casts a spell, Shirokuma-san soars into the night sky, and the stars connect to draw a constellation. Then, I realize there are friends in different places looking up at those same stars.
—I wasn't alone, was I?

While writing the lyrics this time, I learned that Polaris, the North Star, is in the constellation Ursa Minor. The Big Dipper is in Ursa Major. These two constellations are also in the header. The bears in the sky are always watching over us.
"Look, I'm always by your side."
I also connected it to the catchphrase Shirokuma-san came up with. Just as stars connect to form constellations, if we on the ground connect with each other, we will surely be able to weave a new story.
