Self-Introduction: My Growth Record as an HSP Who Couldn't Be Normal
Nice to meet you, I am RIONA 751.
Currently, together with my husband, I am taking on the challenge of managing a facility for child development support and after-school day services for the first time.
At the same time, on this note, I am writing about my own "soul awakening" and the realizations I have had regarding the "path to living as my true self."
I was raised by parents with developmental disabilities who could only think about themselves.
My father was addicted to gambling and squandered the large inheritance he received, so we three children were never bought anything, nor were we ever taken out to eat or even to a park.
My mother would sometimes go insane and even bring out weapons, and I have the experience of desperately running away from home barefoot many times out of fear.
Eventually, I too would lose control of my emotions and my anger would explode.
Having received almost no joy from my parents, I did not understand the feelings of "fun" or "liking" something, and I lived in a state of loneliness and solitude that no one could understand.
Even after becoming an adult, my HSP sensitivity, my ADHD and ASD traits, my unstoppable sense of justice, and my inability to tolerate waste...
Emotions that couldn't be understood, inflexibility, a personality that couldn't adapt to others—it was my husband who loved all of me, including those parts.
"There is no one else who loves me this much." Thinking that, I got married.
Nine years after we married, my husband expanded his business one after another, and we have managed and operated a total of 10 stores, including dining bars, cafes, and relaxation/beauty salons.
The difficulty of management, the difficulty of managing people, and the difficulty of facing the traits of adult developmental disabilities that the employees themselves were not aware of.
I have spent many years learning about such realities in the field.
In the midst of that, when I encountered the mission of being a "Lightworker," I realized that a "soul blueprint" was hidden deep within the difficulties I had lived with until then.
"Why do I care so much about this?" "Why can't I do things as well as other people?"
The answer was all contained in the single phrase
"Because you are a soul with that kind of mission."
My life up until now has been spent simply and earnestly helping my husband with whatever he said he wanted to do.
It was a life lived more in the flow of things than by my own will.
But now, looking back, I think that each and every one of those events nurtured my soul, made it stronger, and raised its vibration.
And through my relationship with my husband, my soul has grown more and more.
My husband is a person with a high vibration who is so considerate that people say he is "well-formed as a human being" and who naturally helps others.
However, at the same time, due to his developmental disability traits, he would sometimes throw tantrums when things didn't go his way, and each time, I would silently endure it.
I feel that all of that was a journey of soul growth for me to regain the "power to live with my own axis."
And so, my vibration was also slowly, but surely, on the path to returning to my "original self."
Here on note, based on that journey of my soul, I am writing about the following themes:
🌹 My soul's growth process
🌹 My awakening experiences and integration with my soul
🌹 Deciphering the soul's blueprint using the energy of names (sound spirit, character spirit, number spirit, soul code)
🌹 Experiences realizing that my sensitivity and obsessions were "keys to my mission"
🌹 Dreams and physical sensations when soul changes occurred, and connections with invisible beings
🌹 Evolution toward a five-dimensional consciousness world and light body transformation
Through things like these,
"the journey to remembering your original self"is written just as it is.As a result of noticing the pain and discomfort within me and raising my vibration,
I met my true self and
began to walk a "life living my mission" = lighting up my soul using words.
Now, I also perform readings to decipher a person's soul mission using name sound spirit, character spirit, number spirit, and soul code readings.

HSP / Gray Zone / Soul Awakening
I am an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and also in the gray zone for ADHD and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
A temperament that is highly sensitive, sensitive to stimuli, and deeply receives various things such as sound, light, smell, people's emotions, and changes in the atmosphere.
For example:
・Deeply hurt by a trivial word from others
・Very sensitive to sounds and smells, and easily tired
・Emotions are easily transferred, and when someone is angry, my own chest hurts
And at the same time, I am aware of my ADHD and ASD tendencies.
・I hate cleaning and cannot tidy up
・Tend to procrastinate on things I should do
・Lose things easily / forget where I put them
・Say what I think immediately (impulsivity)
While carrying such traits,
I used to be an ISTP type with a so-called artisan temperament, moving by "thought" and "sensation."
Only the "reality" I could verify with my own hands was the truth,
a type that values efficiency and logic, dislikes waste, and judges by "facts" rather than emotions.
But, when my soul "awakened" at one point,
I changed.
Guided not only by the visible reality but by invisible truths,
I began to follow my inner blueprint, the "path of the soul."
I feel that I am now closer to the INTJ type.
・Continuing to ask "why?" and seeking the essence
・Thinking strategically about multiple possibilities
・Looking at things from a long-term perspective
・Overlooking the overall structure rather than emotions
・Deeply contemplating in time alone
Thus, the direction of my thinking
gradually changed to prioritize my "inner senses."
Of course, my HSP and developmental gray zone temperament have not changed.
But by seeing them not as "weaknesses" but as a "blueprint,"
my way of life itself has changed from the roots.
There were times when I felt various "contradictions" within myself.
・Easily swayed by emotions, yet I respond to others with logic
・Forgetful, yet for some reason I have a strong obsession with "strange things"
・Want to rely on someone, but end up doing everything myself
But now, I feel that all of that was also a "soul design" to fulfill my role on this Earth.
Through this article,
I am writing on note in the hope that the "mechanism" and "process of change" of my existence will lead to someone's understanding, peace of mind, or lighting the light of your soul somewhere.
