Giving Yourself Permission to Enjoy Life

The more serious I become, the more I find myself wondering, "Is it really okay for me to be having fun?"
I feel that Japanese people, in particular, often feel compelled to work hard even when they don't want to, simply because everyone else around them is working seriously.

✅ Always question things

When you operate based on the principles of a company or similar organization, it's common to just accept things as they are, even if your instincts tell you to question them.
You end up continuing to do things while holding onto stress, even though you really don't want to.
However, it is actually important to properly question those things.
If you can't start by questioning, you will just keep doing them forever.
To avoid that, try thinking for yourself and start by questioning what you should really be doing.

✅ There are other ways to live

If you can manage to question things like that, you should be able to realize that there might be other ways to do things, not just the current way.
In reality, there isn't just one way to live life.
There are many different ways of thinking and living in this world.
The way of thinking within the small community you are currently in is not everything.
If you are truly suffering and finding things painful right now, it is very important to have the courage to look for a different way of life and move toward it.
This is because you only get to live your life once.

I basically believe that those who enjoy life are the winners, so I give myself permission to enjoy it.
To reach that point, it is important to question what you do daily and have the courage to enter into different ways of living and new approaches.
Those who enjoy life can live richly until the very end.
