Moving While Finding Clarity
"If I can just fully understand it, I should be able to move forward."
Have you ever felt that way?
In your head, you think,
"I want to try this,"
"I want to change."
But somewhere inside, you feel,
"I don't think I'm fully convinced yet,"
"Is it really okay to proceed like this?"
"Maybe there's a way that feels more right."
That feeling
covers your heart,
and you become unable to move.
So,
you try to understand more,
you try to organize things more,
and you end up searching for an answer
that makes you think, "This will be okay."
I have experienced this too.
It is incredibly painful, isn't it?
Even though you want to cherish yourself,
starting to move without being convinced
feels like leaving your heart behind
and treating yourself carelessly.
"You won't know until you move,"
I know that, but
it feels like I'm being told
"Just take action anyway."
So, you just keep
digging deeper and deeper
inside yourself, and it won't stop.
And then, everything becomes a hassle,
and you want to just give up.
You get wrapped up in anxiety,
thinking you might be inferior.
Before you know it,
you've dived in too deep.
You keep blaming yourself for not being able to move.
In order to start moving,
you are supposed to be valuing
"the here and now" and "a sense of clarity."
But your heart, your body, and your mind,
everything has become heavy.
"I want to be more convinced."
"I want to feel more comfortable before moving forward."
Even though that was all you were thinking,
little by little, your connection to the world begins to fade.
That is exactly why,
I want you to remember something.
Things you can see when you try a little.
The discomfort you can notice when you step back a little.
When you touch the world a little,
that is when you first understand what 'feeling right' is.
Still a little scared.
Still hesitant.
But, still a little curious.
With just that much of a feeling, try touching it lightly.
Then, later on,
"Oh, this is what I wanted to do."
"I see, I can enjoy it this way too."
Sometimes, the outline begins to come into view.
Not just "moving after being convinced,"
but "finding clarity while starting to move a little."
I want you to keep in mind that you can choose
that way of moving forward, too.
I am sure,
you will be able to touch
that feeling of "Oh, this might be it."
Well then, until next time.
