Cold is the Enemy! Beware of Temperature Differences Between Indoors and Outdoors
Hello♪
This is Rika Nakagawa (^^)
I've been taking a break from note for a while, but
I'm starting fresh from today! Making a restart☆
Today's theme is about cold sensitivity.
While I sleep, I really don't want to turn on the air conditioner, but I have to because it's too hot to sleep otherwise.
Previously, I would wake up in the morning with a cold body and experience stomach aches.
Also, when I go from the hot outdoors into a room with the AC blasting, I get stomach aches.
It's definitely coming from the cold...
Cold sensitivity is a woman's greatest enemy,
and it's said to make menstrual pain worse
and can even be a cause of infertility.
I have no choice but to be thorough with my cold prevention measures!
So,
I'd like to share 5 things
that I've been particularly careful about lately♪
1. Always carry a cardigan, even in midsummer
→ Some indoor places are as cold as midwinter!
A cardigan is essential so you can adjust.
2. Don't wear shorts or miniskirts
→ Of course, it can't be helped when you want to wear them because they're cute, but I basically try not to.
Even with pajamas, I want to wear shorts because it's hot, but I wear long pants.
3. Sleep with something like a hot water bottle on your stomach. It's even better if you cool your head with an ice pillow!◎
→ You'll fall asleep in an instant! It's also great for improving sleep quality!
4. Apply a summer-use heat pack to your stomach
→ There are heat packs specifically for summer air conditioning protection.
On days when I'm going to be indoors for a long time, I apply one to my stomach as a countermeasure!
5. Basically drink hot drinks at cafes
→ It's certainly hot, so I want to drink iced drinks, but I basically try to drink hot ones!
When I do drink iced drinks, I always ask for no ice♪
Those are my personal cold prevention habits♪
Warming your body only brings good things!
Everyone, please give it a try☆
That's all for today♪
Thank you for reading (^^)
