🌈 For your health

Hello everyone!

Today I'd like to share a super easy recipe for Microwave Daikon Mochi made with frozen grated daikon radish.

✨ Since it's cooked entirely in the microwave, there's no oil needed!

I also added bonito flakes and shredded cheese for an extra burst of umami and richness!

What is Daikon Mochi?

Daikon mochi (also known as turnip cake or radish cake) is a soft, chewy dim sum made by mixing grated or finely shredded daikon radish with starches such as rice flour or potato starch before cooking.
It is a popular Cantonese dish enjoyed throughout China, as well as a classic dim sum and breakfast favorite in Taiwan. Today, it's also an easy homemade dish enjoyed in Japan.
