Japanese food is the best. - Diet
One day, my trainer told me,
"Japanese food is the best, after all."
It's true. It really is.
In terms of nutritional balance,
Japanese food is the best.
However, mornings are busy,
and preparing miso soup, rolled omelets, salmon, etc.,
is quite a hassle, so we end up eating bread.
How about you all?
Something to be careful about: Vitamin D.
Especially in early autumn, daylight hours decrease,
and it's a season when your mood can easily drop, so
you should try to find ways to supplement Vitamin D.
1. Fish
Salmon, sardines, saury... it's autumn, after all.
2. Eggs
Especially the yolk.
3. Mushrooms
Buna-shimeji mushrooms; we have a lot of them in stock!
1 is easy for dinner,
and 2 and 3 are relatively easy to incorporate into breakfast and lunch.

The basic way to eat is veggie-first, and I try to consume seaweed as much as possible.
This is also a little trick.
Basic veggie-first means vegetable-first (after saying 'itadakimasu', it's good to start eating from vegetables), but
I also try to consume seaweed at the same time.
My recent favorite is
"Okinawa mozuku".I put the mozuku directly on top of torn vegetables,
and pour ponzu sauce over it to eat.
Of course, you can also steam mushrooms a little
and pile them on top of the vegetables!
Seaweed is a water-soluble dietary fiber.
Water-soluble foods include
seaweed, mushrooms, okra, natto, mekabu, and konjac.
These are things that have a slightly "slimy" texture when you put them in your mouth.
If you eat these at the beginning of a meal,
they absorb moisture in your stomach and become a gel,
which slows down the absorption of sugar and fat that come later.
In other words, they prevent sudden spikes in blood sugar,
and they are wonderful foods that make it harder for
excess energy to turn into fat.
Instead of enduring overeating,
eat in a body-friendly order.
I think that alone will make both your mind and body feel a little lighter.
It also works for the unstable mind that often occurs in autumn.
