Self-Introduction | Improving Work and Life with the 'Power to Convey'
Hello. My name is Rimi Saito.
In this note, I share tips on speaking, writing, and presentations, focusing on the theme of "the power to convey."
Whether it's business meetings, sales, training, or daily communication—no matter how good your ideas or experiences are, if they don't reach the other person, their value is not fully realized.
"What are you trying to say?"
For those who have been asked this, I hope to provide hints that will help you feel, even just a little, that you have truly "conveyed" your message.
*Note: When I first started this note, I wrote articles on health and dieting for people in their 50s. Therefore, some articles about maintaining physical and mental well-being remain.
Health is also an important foundation that supports work and life, and it remains one of my key themes.

■ The 'Power to Convey' Changes Your Life
For many years, I have observed the presentations and communication styles of many business professionals.
What I feel strongly through that experience is the reality that
value that is not conveyed can sometimes be the same as not existing at all.
Excellent ideas.
Abundant experience.
Sincere effort.
Even if these have value in themselves, if they are not conveyed to the other person, they are often difficult to be appreciated.
That is why I believe the "power to convey" is not just a speaking technique, but an essential skill for correctly delivering your own value.
■ What I want to share in this note
In this note, I will share tips on improving your 'power of communication' through:
presentation concepts
how to structure your talk
how to organize your writing
book reviews
daily insights
and more.I will be sharing tips to enhance your 'power of communication'.
Speaking in front of others and writing are essentially the same.
'To whom,'
'what you want them to gain,'
'and what you are conveying'
By clarifying these three points, your words will become much easier to convey.
■ Who this is for
Those who are asked 'What exactly are you trying to say?' in meetings
Those who feel uncomfortable with presentations
Those who want to better articulate their thoughts
Those who want to improve their writing skills
Those who want to deliver specialized knowledge in a more understandable way
■ Finally
Both speaking and writing are not special talents; they can be polished through mindset and practice.
Being able to convey your thoughts just a little better than yesterday.
The accumulation of such small changes will significantly transform your work and life.
I hope this note serves as a catalyst for developing your 'power of communication'.
If you find an article that interests you, I would be delighted if you would follow me.
