This time, while looking back on the days I've spent with AI, I've summarized "how I've been able to keep going" and "what has changed by continuing."

This past year, as I got hooked on note, my original "creator temperament" awakened.
While writing with all my might, there were times I lost track of how far I'd come...

Is becoming an AI geek thanks to continuing on note?

And, while looking back, I realized that
the growth of my AI skills was also supported by continuing on note.

Every day, as I put my own words into AI through trial and error, the way I give instructions and the precision of my verbalization have gradually improved.

Even as a non-engineer woman in her 50s, I have become able to
use multiple AI tools like GPT-5, Gemini, Perplexity, and Comet for different purposes, and use them like a "commander" of an AI team. I believe this is because I have continuously repeated

practice → verification → sharing through note.

2️⃣ 5 to 10 people nationwide? The rarity of consistency revealed by data

At this milestone, I checked again, and there are about
73.59 million active users on note in total (as of 2025).Among them, very few people meet all three of the following conditions.

• 2,500 or more followers: Top 1% (= 0.01)

• Over 300 days of consecutive posts: Top 0.5% (= 0.005)

• Over 65 popular articles: Top 0.2% (= 0.002)

Although it is theoretical, it calculates to only about 5 to 10 people in the entire country.
From this result, I learned once again the difficulty of continuing and consistently producing results.

As a career consultant, it has become a habit to train my "metacognitive skills", which allow me to grasp things from a broad perspective rather than just the events in front of me.

Metacognition means observing yourself from a step back.
It might be surprising, but that perspective is also being utilized in my dialogues with AI.

While facing AI, continuing to think about "how to convey things to get better results" was truly the practice of

metaprompt thinking.

Writing notes is not just about broadcasting, but
**"visualizing and updating thoughts"**.
As I polished my words with AI, "continuing" transformed into "observing myself."

4️⃣ Once again. What is your purpose for writing notes?

Recently, more people have been saying, "Your daily posts are amazing!"
Indeed, unlike other social media, it is not easy to continue writing notes every day, which requires a certain amount of time.
Honestly, there have been times I wanted to quit many times.

But, as long as I have something I want to convey, I want to continue.

If my goal had been to "make money with Note," I surely would have gotten tired halfway through.
I believe the important thing is
to enjoy writing and cultivate trust with readers.
