[Quote of the Day] "The darkness needed to cultivate eyes that can catch even the faintest light" from the book "The Mystery of Sorrow"
Here is today's quote.
"The darkness needed to cultivate eyes that can catch even the faintest light"
I wrote this down because I thought it was a very beautiful expression.
It makes my heart feel lighter and affirms us when we are in the darkness.
I think that because I was in the darkness, I have become able to find joy in trivial things.
On the other hand, there are people who occasionally say things like "I'm bored" or "This is dull" as a habit.
I try to keep my distance from such people because I feel like I might catch their negative mindset.
I tell myself, "No, no, don't let your heart be disturbed."
One of my strengths is the ability to enjoy even small things and feel happiness.
As I have discussed in the past, perhaps sorrow and darkness are indeed necessary things to enrich one's life.
