[Poem] "Beloved"

The reason I find the flickering
glimmer in the sunlight so dear
is because it reminds me of the time
you turned toward me and smiled

The swallowtail butterfly sings
Its form is beautiful and fleeting
The rainbow reflected on the screen draws an arc
as if to land upon every life

Salvation is brought even to the black
and so we shall forever
be unable to cast away our sharp hearts

I never arrogantly expected you
to understand everything from the start
I just wanted you to know
that I had forgiven you
