From a daily scene
During my lunch break, I ordered my usual bento at the local bento shop.
The owner carefully packed fluffy rice into a separate container,
and while putting it into a bag with the warm side dishes,
suddenly looked up and said,
'You know, I tried changing the seasoning of the simmered dish a little today.'
The scent of the simmered dish wafting up,
and the warmth of their hands transmitted through the bag.
With that slightly proud expression and the resonance of their voice,
the depths of my heart felt gently warmed.
There is no need for business cards or titles.
Through this interaction alone, that person's value was truly conveyed.
An era where resonance becomes value
Until now, value has been measured by
what was produced
how much result was achieved
.
However, from now on, it will be different.
An era is coming where 'who you resonated with, where, and how' becomes value.
From the perspective of the structure of destiny,
this is not a special future prediction.
This is because resonant work is a structure that
originally revolves around 'resonance'.
Connecting Resonant Work and the Economy
The economy is not inherently driven by numbers alone.
It moves not only through exchanges and transactions, but also through
trust and empathy.
The greetings exchanged between regulars.
The brief conversations at a handmade market.
The moment the atmosphere of a place softens.
Even if these do not directly move money,
they support the richness of communities and people.
Wealth is not just about the numbers in a bank book increasing.
The trust that flows between people and the time spent caring for one another are also
a tangible economy.
The Peril of an Economy That Cannot Protect Resonance
An economy that has lost its resonance
can no longer move people's hearts or their wallets.
A structure that pursues only temporary numbers will eventually become exhausted and
collapse from within.
In the shadow of flashy advertisements and extravagant campaigns,
I have seen shopping streets where the resonance gradually fades away.
I have witnessed such scenes many times.
Protecting resonance is not merely an ideal.
It is the minimum requirement to support the economy of the future.
The Spread of Resonance
Resonance spreads like water.
From one person to two.
To friends and customers.
To people you have yet to meet.
Just as a small drop eventually becomes a great wave.
The sound that resonates beyond titles
creates new resonance in other places.
That chain reaction is what
creates an era where resonance beyond profession becomes value.
An Assertion of Peril and Hope
If resonance is lost, that cycle is broken.
But if it can be protected,
it will continue to spread.
Your sound will surely reach its destination.
Where that sound reaches
may be a place you have yet to imagine.
And that resonance
will move the economy and the future to come.
If you lose that resonance, the cycle will cease.
But if you protect it,
it will continue to spread forever.
