But in truth──
When the question changes, the direction of the future changes.

It is like a river flowing backward,
a quiet power strong enough to change even a flow that had already been decided.

To re-question means
to look once more at the trajectory you were following.

Gently closing eyes trapped by correctness,
and reaching out your hand once again toward the direction you 'truly want to head'.

In that instant, the future can change.

Growth is encountering 'questions you could not see'

We can only ever choose our future based on our 'current questions'.

But when the quality of the question changes,
you begin to see scenery that was previously invisible.

For example, those days when you wanted to be recognized by someone.
Deep within that question lay
the wish to 'prove that I have value'.

However, that question suddenly changes.

'In the first place, was proof even necessary?'
'Was this truly what I wanted to do?'

In that moment,
the 'door to another future' creaks open just a little.

Changing the question is not a denial of the past.
It is a quiet step
toward 'transcending' the past.

That may well be the leap in trajectory that we call 'growth'.

The future is not something that exists outside, but the sum total of 'choices made now'.

Even if you can 'predict' the future,
you can only 'create' the future in this very moment.

We seem to be chasing the future,
but in reality, we can only ever be in the 'place called now'.

When we are dragged by the past, anxious about the future,
and the present is left behind,
our choices, emotions, and thoughts are all determined by 'someone else's questions'.

But by re-questioning,
the 'place' of now becomes filled with your own 'questions'.

Then the future
is not something that exists somewhere,
but something chosen anew here.

The future is the shape of the question you are asking yourself now.
And it is the very direction in which you are reaching out.

When questions change, life changes—in alignment with the 'structure of the soul'.

Try changing that question to,
'What future was this meant to help me choose?'

Let go of correctness.
Give up on perfection.
Put down the yardstick of winning and losing.

Even so, keep questioning.

'What do I truly want to do?'
'Does this path resonate with my soul?'

The power to re-question again and again
may be the deepest form of 'growth' that changes one's trajectory.
