The Journey of the Tenmei Session: The Day I Stopped Giving Answers
A record of the 80th Tenmei Session article.
Letting go of the 'giving answers' style,
and creating a 'space where the epicenter naturally resonates'—.
This is a milestone article that layers the evolution of Tenmei Structure™ with my own personal journey.
―― ✦ ✦ ✦ ――
As a 'Tenmei Coach',
I have been involved in articulating the 'Tenmei' (Heavenly Mission) of over 300 people.
Articulating one's Tenmei.
And once you are able to let your Tenmei resonate beyond that,
what happens...
There are, of course, business results like increased sales and conversion rates,
but even more than that—
'I finally understand what I really want to do'
'My mission has become clear'
'I have become my natural self'
I have received many such comments.
As a result, the flow of life and business
developing happily and abundantlybegins to happen naturally.
My own Tenmei.
'To embody a fulfilled world, I create mechanisms for the activation and development of Tenmei.'
I am active now in this way to realize this vision.
Before I arrived there—
I was active as a 'counselor for school non-attendance'.
Raised overseas.
The experience of moving to the U.S. at age 10 and being unable to go to school.
While studying social sciences and pursuing a business path,
I also acquired coaching and counseling skills,
and it felt like returning to my roots.
And while continuing as a 'counselor for school non-attendance',
there was something I strongly realized.
—If both parents and children were doing 'what they truly wanted to do',
school non-attendance would not be a 'problem' in the first place.
In fact, such families were actually doing well.
Children become able to have hope for the future,
and the entire family definitely seemed happy.
While witnessing that many times,
a certain thought welled up from the depths of my heart.
'If this were to spread throughout Japan—'
'If this state could be replicated—'
Wouldn't Japan, and the world,
become more peaceful and happier?
And so, I
began to search for a "structure" to reproduce this "state."
This was the beginning of my "Destiny Session."
The moment the soul resonates: The starting point of social implementation
This is a story about a certain NPO I am still deeply involved with.
It was a place where like-minded people gathered, not so much for "social contribution activities," but because they genuinely wanted to make Japan and the world a better place.
That was the kind of place it was.
Among them were—
Thoughts that had not yet become words.
Things vaguely envisioned in form.
A tremor of movement, even if the destination was not yet fixed...
Such things were overflowing.
The act of scooping them up, putting them into words, and shaping them into a presentable presentation,
I think now, was a quite unique skill.
My colleagues were happy that the presentation materials were finished,
and they thanked me for creating the presentation.
But,
the true value of it was not something like that.
That was something I myself realized only much later.
Perceiving things that have not yet become words, picking them up, putting them into words, and giving them form.
—Thinking about it now, that is what I do in my Destiny Sessions.
By picking up the 5th-dimensional voice, the 4th-dimensional voice, and the 3rd-dimensional voice, and awakening the voice sleeping deep within that person,
I unravel that person's destiny.
I was doing it with a feeling very close to the Destiny Sessions I do now.
In a sense,
it can be said that this experience was the prototype of the Destiny Session.
The Destiny Session began by listening intently to such
"prayers of the soul that cannot be voiced."

What is destiny?
—It was neither "ambition" nor "imperial studies."
Until now, I have been exploring the question, "What is destiny?"
And what brings that together into a single structure is
what we are currently working with,
the Destiny Structure™.
At the base of this Destiny Structure is the Japanese Shinto worldview.
And the concept of "level of abstraction."
By layering a mandala-like hierarchical structure onto that,
incorporating Eastern philosophy, Buddhism, the Kojiki,
myths and religions from around the world,
and even insights from neuroscience, psychology, and quantum mechanics.
From every angle,
I have continued to explore the "point of contact between the soul and reality."
That said,
I haven't just "lined them up as theories."
I have compared every concept against my own life,
leaving behind only the structures that "resonate as prayer."
There were many things that were beautiful but off-target.
Things that were intellectual but did not make the soul resonate.
There were many such things.
What remained in the end
all resonated with the common structure of the "hierarchy of abstraction."
That is precisely why the Destiny Structure is
neither a religion nor a philosophy.
Much less is it a rehash of "Imperial Studies" or "Ambition."
The difference between "Ambition" and "Imperial Studies"
The word destiny is
often confused with "ambition,"
or sometimes perceived as a "philosophy of success like Imperial Studies."
But I knew clearly from my own experience.
Ambition is a structure of setting "goals" and working toward them.
That is noble in its own right, but
it is a dynamic that moves the present by "looking at the future."
Once,
when I participated in a meeting where children were presenting their "ambitions,"
I clearly felt something on the spot.
That those "ambitions"
were making the children
suffer.
And I intuitively felt that it would surely continue to be
a structure that would cause them suffering.
Imperial Studies is a structure of "how to govern."
How am I perceived?
How do I influence others?
This is a structure centered on relationships with the 'outside'.
Therefore, what they do
inevitably becomes concentrated on
'how to show' and 'how to convey'.
However, the 'Destiny' I have witnessed
was on a completely different
dimension from that.
Destiny is
the vibration of a being that 'cannot help but resonate'..
Whether or not there is someone's approval,
whether or not one tries to assign meaning to it,
it is simply something that resonates as a prayer.
Therefore, destiny is—
Not 'effort,' but 'resonance'.
Not a 'plan,' but an 'epicenter'.
Not a 'goal,' but the 'sound of existence itself'.
Here, the difference between destiny and ambition or imperial studies
clearly emerges.
Fate, Mission, Destiny—The 'Musical Scale' of Life
Allow me to introduce the three concepts
that I define here.
Fate:
The blueprint embedded from the beginning.
The tendencies and characteristics one is born with.
This also includes that person's 'life challenges'.
(= 3rd dimension)
Mission:
The power of 'will' that arises when one begins to have meaning or goals from within fate.
It is the motivation and direction to accomplish something.
(= 4th dimension)
Destiny:
A prayer that emerges as a 'being that cannot help but resonate'
after passing through all of those.
The deeper purpose that dwells in the very act of that person 'existing'.
(= 5th dimension)
These are not merely differences in wording.
They are structures that represent the very 'hierarchy' of life. And within them, there is
a difference in 'resonance,' like a musical scale.
Fate is still something given to you. Mission is something you try to find. Destiny is something that overflows.
People ascend through these hierarchies
while resonating,
while making others resonate,
and rising upward.
In sessions where I provided answers, that resonance did not occur.
Using such a destiny structure,
I have engaged in dialogue with many people until now.
In the beginning,
clients would be happy, convinced, and deeply moved.
I focused on crafting together
a single sentence that they could
truly feel was their destiny.
In a sense, that was
the 'answer' to life for that person.
But—
Therein lay a miscalculation on my part.
Verbalization is something that, by nature,
only comes out of one's own mouth after experiencing it.
Because the 'answer' comes out first,
the brain falls into this illusion:
'I have already had that experience.'
And then,
those who skipped over that experience
split into two types.
One group
are those who work hard
to bridge the gap between reality and the answer.
The other group
are those who mistake it for having already 'arrived' there,
and become satisfied.
What is the difference between them?
What was the driving force behind that?
By re-examining that,
the upgrade of the Destiny Structure™
was built up quietly, yet steadily.
Now, I define
what determines that fork in the road—
as "misalignment."
Up until then, the Destiny Session was,
as a result,a state where I would sniff out the client's "tremors" and listen intently to the "sound" trying to be born from them.
However.
No matter how correct the "answer" I gave was, if that person
was not resonating,,
if they were not continuing to resonate, or if there was nothing new resonating—
I could not say they were "living their destiny."
Once I realized that, I quietly and significantly changed the style of my sessions.
Instead of giving answers,
I create a "space" where the source of the tremor naturally begins to resonate.
I simply wait until the moment their soul
resonates on its own.
I resonate with that, and we echo together.
That was the beginning of Chapter 2 of the "Destiny Session."
To a "space" where prayer resonates
Destiny is
not a correct answer, but a resonance.
It is not someone else's words, but a "prayer" that naturally overflows from the depths of one's own being.
The Destiny Session is not a place to "guide" that.
It is a place where it "resonates."
And,
a place to encounter the "sound that has resonated."
Quietly, but surely.
In a way that allows that person's soul to feel, "I am here."
As a place where such epicenters meet,
I will continue to hold Destiny Sessions.
This, my 80th commemorative article.
As a single drop of prayer,
quietly and deeply,
I offer it gently.

If, after finishing reading,
a feeling that cannot be put into words remains.
Where did that
come from?
Is it something that should be given form?
Why not check with a simple diagnosis?
