Because I Met You -Ending Daily Updates-

The reason I started note.

From last autumn until the end of January, I was on leave due to adjustment disorder.

The only days I would speak or use my brain were the days I had job interviews, but on other days, I really did nothing.

The damage to my stomach from stress was severe, and there were many days when I even neglected to eat.though I did my best not to join the 'skipping baths' crowd.

If I kept living like a shut-in, I would be finished as a person. But my health was bad every day, and making it a task to go outside was painful.

In the midst of that, I thought, 'At least let me keep my brain working,' and decided to start a blog.
Being an old-school person, it started with me finding out that Yahoo! Blog had shut down ages ago. lol

So, Ameba? Livedoor? After researching various options, I ended up on note.

And so, I imposed a duty on myself to update at least once a day until I returned to society.

Writing on note was not meant for enjoyment, but strictly for the purpose of keeping my brain somewhat active while living a shut-in life.

However, before I knew it, note had turned into something fun.

The likes and comments on my posts, and follows from new people. For someone like me who was starving for connection with society, each one became a source of energy.

Empathizing with other people's articles and making new discoveries. There is knowledge I gained precisely because I started note.

And the daily posting, which was a duty at first, eventually turned into 'I want to post soon.'

As a shut-in, I had all the time in the world to conceive and write articles. So, I was confident that despite posting daily, every article had fairly substantial content. lol

Because I met note and all of you who read it, I was able to regain my smile little by little.

Well, starting tomorrow, I return to society for the first time in months. I chose a new job, so it will take time to adjust. I won't be able to devote as much time to note as I have until now.

So, the daily updates end here.

To everyone who has stayed by my side until now, thank you so much. ...That said, it doesn't mean I'm quitting, and I'd like to update every now and then. I might even quietly say, 'I actually had time,' and keep posting almost every day.

However, since my status will change from 'a shut-in who wants to change jobs' to 'a working adult, at least,' the content of my articles might change a little.

I don't know what will happen starting tomorrow, but

I hope for your continued support,

and your encouragement for me as I return to society.
