Didn't Japan pledge after the war to stop fighting? This "new" way of fighting is completely incoherent, including who they intend to fight. No country would want to attack Japan, which has no resources. If this is merely a fuss to intimidate the people and benefit corporations and dictatorial powers, it's far too annoying.
