British Prime Minister Starmer is famously a big Thatcher hater.

Everyone was completely stunned.

This is a repeat of the incident when Sanae Takaichi deliberately walked around Ise Grand Shrine with a clear file containing a photo of former Prime Minister Abe.

Carrying someone's portrait in a clear file and going out in public is not something that Japanese people would do.
