The nipple care that saved me when breastfeeding was hell.

I received horse oil cream at the maternity clinic where I gave birth.

They told me, "Apply it every time you breastfeed!"
They said it's important to moisturize well because dry nipples are prone to cracking.

Honestly, at first I thought, "That sounds like a hassle every time..." but
this,is the type you don't have to wipe off, so it's incredibly easy.

When I actually used it,

By the way, I did try a different cream once.

When I used a lanolin cream sold at Nishimatsuya,
believe it or not...I immediately got mastitis.😂(It might have been a coincidence, though)

It seems it didn't agree with me,
and it caused itching, so I couldn't use it...

I also tried the method of applying cream and covering it with plastic wrap, but
👉 It was too itchy, so I gave up. lol

this horse oil cream suited me the best.

I can recommend it with confidence◎

my nipples were originally on the darker side, but
I feel like they've gotten a bit lighter now😂 (My mom told me. lol)
