[Raw Juice Diary] A Happy Day of Reading: Friday, May 23, 2025
Cloudy. The temperature is dropping a little.
***
I decided to take the day off. I've been exhausted since April, and I want to get my health back on track.
***
In the morning, after seeing the kids off, I did some laundry and read a book.
I watched Natsuki Yasuda talking on Politas TV about the publication of her book 'Remains and Prayers'.
Watching an hour and a half of YouTube takes quite a bit of effort.
I can read books at a leisurely pace, but I'm still not used to videos.
***
In the afternoon, I read for a while.
Afterward, I went to Title and bought 'Remains and Prayers'.
***
After finishing dinner and taking a bath, I lounged around reading.
I continued reading Takanori Yao's 'Palestine, Israel, and Us in Japan'. It's a dense book, but the intellectual history in Part II is interesting.
***
I went to bed before 11:00 PM.
It was a happy day where I got to read a lot of books.
