Literary Entertainment. Collaboration Coffee Tasting Report (Nov 2025 - Dec 2025) [Nanno Hanashi Desu Coffee x TABBY’s COFFEE]

There is only one month left in 2025.

There is a phrase that I have been indebted to many times this year as well.

I wonder how many hashtags have been created derived from that phrase by now.

Among them, if I were to pick a major topic for me, it would be that I collaborated with an actual shop to create a product.

The self-proclaimed section chief's secretary is a coffee lover (or to be precise, I love going to places like Starbucks or cafes).

Since October, I have been looking forward to tasting it every month without fail.

The collaboration flavor coffee with TABBY’s COFFEE.

I also looked forward to the story that came with it every month.

Although I was able to write an article for October, I regretted for over a month that I hadn't written one for November due to the secretary's negligence.

I can't say I didn't think about giving up on publishing for December as well, using busyness as an excuse. (That's a wordy way to put it, haha.)

If I did that, I wouldn't be able to end 2025 on a clean note.

So, I will introduce both months together.

It is clear that my introduction is late, but I think the December collaboration blend can still be purchased for a while, so you should definitely try it too.

Well then, without further ado.
I will share my thoughts on my favorite.

☕ The flavor for November 2025 was Nannohanashidesu Coffee [moonlight Donkey].

I will quote the product description from the TABBY's COFFEE ROASTER website.

📖 This is a Nannohanashidesu Coffee x TABBY’s COFFEE collaboration blend 🎃
[Flavor Note]
A gentle flavor of red wine, raspberry, and yellow peach. A blend that gently snuggles up to you during long autumn nights.

[Coffee Note]
This is the second TABBY’s COFFEE blend. This time, it is a medium-dark roast perfect for long autumn nights.
◆ Uganda Donkey (Natural) → Soft flavor like cherry and strawberry
◆ Uganda Brambri (Natural) → Rich taste with hints of raspberry and mellow red wine
Each bean is roasted and blended optimally.
Please enjoy a gentle cup carried on the back of a donkey through the Rwenzori Mountains, also known as the Mountains of the Moon.

[Recommended Drinking Period]
(Whole beans) 5 to 30 days after roasting
(Ground) 14 days after grinding → Please drink as soon as possible.
[Recommended Storage Method]
Storing in the freezer will keep it delicious for longer

For the November blend, [moonlight Donkey], I decided to order the cold brew coffee.

I don't often have the chance to buy cold brew coffee, and a big reason for this was that I wanted to give it a try.

I only have a slightly small pot at home. (I'm the type who buys things without thinking ahead when I decide I want them. Haha)

I suspect I might have made a smaller amount of cold brew than what it was originally intended for.

However, the coffee was ready without taking too much time, which really helped my 'me time' go smoothly.

I feel like the cold weather started slowly this year, so drinking cold brew coffee in November wasn't too cold and felt just right.

And now, for the taste report you're probably curious about.

For RaM, the balance between bitterness and acidity was just right.

Depending on how I'm feeling, there are days when I can't quite handle a deep roast like Starbucks' Caffe Verona, but since this is a medium-dark roast, I didn't find it too heavy and felt it was easy to drink.

This might be a characteristic unique to cold brew, but it was a coffee ☕ with a mild flavor that soaked into my system smoothly.

It only just occurred to me that maybe I should have bought the beans too, so I could compare them! (← A bit late)

I checked the site, and they were still on sale.

The cold brew coffee I ordered seems to be SOLD OUT, but it looks like there is only one left for both the beans and the grounds.

If you're interested, get them while you can!

Now, onto the next one.
This is a report on the latest flavor currently on sale.

☕ The flavor for December 2025 is Nannohanashidesu Coffee [Merry Merry Berry].

I will quote the product description for this as well from the TABBY's COFFEE ROASTER website.

📖 This is the Nannohanashidesu Coffee x TABBY’s COFFEE collaboration blend. 🎄

[Flavor Note]
Sweet strawberry fruitiness
A gentle finish like mellow red wine and chocolate
A sweet blend perfect for sweets

[Coffee Note]
This is the 3rd collaboration blend from TABBY’s COFFEE.
This time, it is the perfect pairing coffee for the sweets you crave in winter.

◆ El Salvador Santa Rita Farm (Natural)
→ Caramel-like richness and a mellow red wine that envelops everything
We have roasted and blended each bean to perfection.

To give you the conclusion first.

I have enjoyed all the coffees from the collaboration with TABBY's COFFEE ROASTER, but for me, RaM, the December blend was my absolute favorite!

The scent when I opened the bag, and the aroma that rose with the steam when I brewed the coffee, were my favorites out of the three.

Even before I drank it, I thought, 'This is definitely the one for me!'

How should I put it?
I can actually taste the sweetness.

When people think of coffee, they might think of bitterness or acidity, but as someone who has a sweet tooth, I prefer flavors that have sweetness, mellowness, and softness.

Truly, this [Merry Merry Berry] was a perfect fit.

As written in the description, it seems best to enjoy it paired with sweets.

The first day I drank this [Merry Merry Berry] was during a brief holiday after finishing a major event.

After dropping my husband off at the station, having my skin irritation checked at the hospital, picking up some books I was interested in at the bookstore, and returning home, I was filled with a sense of relief and thought, 'For the next few hours, I'm going to spend time for myself,' as I spread my arms wide to relax.

I had been feeling down, though.
My skin had reacted poorly to a cosmetic product, leaving both my cheeks bright red and itchy, which made me feel sad every time I looked in the mirror.

But the power of aroma (the scent of coffee) is what blows away such sadness and melancholy, isn't it?

Actually, when I went to Tokyo, I visited several Starbucks locations, so I had cookies and florentines in stock.

I indulged in a bit of selfishness, thinking, 'I'm not in the mood for baked goods right now... I really want a cake with cream on it,' and enjoyed it as a black coffee instead.

Satisfied.
When December arrives, hot coffee feels even more delicious, doesn't it?

Next time, I'd like to try it with milk.

Drinking coffee while reading the accompanying story is an exceptional experience.

Although I am definitely still at home, the feeling of being in a different space is a mysterious and indescribable experience.

For those who love coffee and haven't tried it yet,
please do give it a taste.

Personally, my dream is to enjoy this [Merry Merry Berry] along with a Christmas cake.

I'm sure it will be a blissful time... I'm looking forward to it.

Even so, I'm amazed at how much the color changes depending on the origin and the blend.

I'm feeling sentimental, realizing just how profound coffee really is...
