[Casual Post] Sometimes, give yourself a treat when you're 'panyanyanda'-ing.
Hello. This is RaM.
Out of all the many note articles out there,
thank you so much for catching sight of this one and reading it😊
On this note account,
I weave together in my own words
the things I've felt and learned,
as well as tips that can be applied to daily life,
while living in a way that cherishes myself.
Please, relax,
and take your time here♪

Today, as you can see from the title,
this is a casual post.
It's a day to pamper myself for 'panyanyanda'-ing
(= which means 'to do one's best' in Lao). Lol
I am currently taking a break from creative activities.
What I describe as creative activities
is the writing of short stories.
By writing 'writing,'
I might be pretending as if I'm writing a proper novel,
but since it's a series of stories that started recently
and spontaneously emerged from my imagination,
I'm writing it loosely,
just going with the flow.
By 'break,' I mean
that I have suspended
creating new works.
The reason for this is,
there are two main reasons.
1. Lack of energy
Even though there are things I want to write,
I'm low on charge.
When I keep pouring out my thoughts,
I suddenly just hit a wall and get exhausted.
I can't help but think,
there must have been signs, right! 😂
2. I want to create a work for the Creative Awards
This might be a big reason
why I want to take a break.
There are things I want to write,
but I just haven't had the bandwidth for them.
Basically, my capacity
isn't that large,
but I demand too much of myself. 💦
I thought about taking a complete break...
That said, I still want to create something...!
That feeling started to sprout.
However, I don't have the energy to create a full work.
So, I played around.
That's right.
To make my series of novels easier to read,
I created a magazine. ✨
It's a collection of short stories
from the 'What Are You Talking About' cafe.
The magazine image is just a placeholder for now,
so when I have more breathing room,
I want to create a new one that matches the world-building.
Creating a magazine for a single series.
For my account,
this is quite VIP treatment.
I do want to write,
but since this is a story I'm playing with on my own,
feeling chased by the need to 'have to do it'
felt like it wasn't quite right.
The conflict in my heart right now
is that 'I want to write' and 'I have to start a new series'
are battling each other,
and I thought that even if I started writing in that state,
I might not be able to make it interesting...
I want to create, but in terms of current priorities,
taking care of my physical and mental health comes first,
and if I can, writing a novel for the Creative Awards.
The reason why I am
challenging myself with the Creative Awards is
simply because I want to enjoy the community here on note.😊
Whether I am writing or reading,
I want to engage with my work
so that those who read it
can enjoy it as well.
But to do that, I need energy!
While recharging,
and keeping the option open
to try again another time if it's too much (lol),
I plan to keep writing at my own pace.
So, as for this article,
#WhatAreYouTalkingAbout
you might ask,
it was just a post for me to take a breather.
If there is anyone
who opened this article
expecting to learn something,
I apologize!💦
Please let me say
that days like this are okay too.✨😌
Sometimes, give yourself a treat.
What are you talking about-sweet.
