It is an article sent from Minomushi Makikura (Chief of the 'Whatever' Department)
to Kinoko Konishi (Chief of the 'What Are You Talking About' Department),

and I truly thought,
this is what entertainment is all about,
it is overflowing with respect and kindness,
and it is just wonderful🥰

Something created by people who have never met in real life.　　

Even though it is not an award I received,
it is so moving...🥲

I have already conveyed my congratulations to Kinoko Konishi
at the awards ceremony venue (Makikura-san's article),
so I will not mention them here,

but I feel like I want to present an award certificate
not only to Kinoko Konishi,
but also to the three people who gave shape to these feelings.

Thank you so much for the planning, the decorations, and for holding the ceremony!!

I also felt that this form of an awards ceremony and presentation
was something that could only have been born because it was Makikura-san😌✨

When I started note,
did I ever think I would be able to witness
a scene like this?

I tried thinking about that, but

naturally,
I didn't think so at all.

I just sort of learned of note's existence,
started it on a whim,
and learned that it has many facets.

During my period of unemployment, I got bored with my daily routine, so
I thought I'd start something new,
and I even tried my hand at the glitzy Instagram,
but it was difficult for me,
and even though I prepared for it,
I faded out (naturally disappeared) pretty quickly.

Around the same time, the thing I reached out to
was this note, and

truly, the people and works I've encountered on this note
are overflowing with wonderfulness,
and I now think that
my choice that day was not a mistake.

The charm of note is that
all the creators
respect each other as individual creators, have affection,
and it is overflowing with kindness and compassion.

I think the reason that is possible is because the creators
are passionately engaged with the works they produce themselves,
and they think, 'I want to enjoy this city! I want to liven it up!'

Of course,
I think everyone takes time
to write, read, and react on note for their own sake,
but even that which you do for yourself

is properly transmitted to others, or rather,
it is circulating through the city, isn't it.

I don't think this is something
that can be done so easily.

A scene I was able to see
precisely because I have been able to continue this far.
Everyone I have been able to connect with through these bonds.

Truly, I am filled with feelings of gratitude from the bottom of my heart.

I, too, hope to contribute to that cycle,
while being inspired by all of you,
without overdoing the 'panya-nyanda',
I will keep on 'panya-nyanda'-ing! 😌✨

This sense of fulfillment, or perhaps,
this feeling of being satisfied at heart,

I want to share it with those who might be thinking,
'It's a bit tough to keep going on note...'
I want to share it with them.

And I want to share it with those who say,
'I keep going because note is fun.'

After all, at the root of being able to continue,
and being able to share,
I want there to be,a sense of security.

If possible,
whether it concerns myself,
or concerns others,
I want to feel that sense of security.

The reason I am able to enjoy creating now is because of
the sense of security that there are people who read and support me,
and the sense of security that
no matter what kind of work I write,
there is someone who will pick it up.

And even if it wasn't read,
the big reason I felt I could try to keep going
was because of this note.

To the wonderful creators in this wonderful city,
with whom I am able to live,
I offer my greatest gratitude at this very moment.

Today is a day I have to work on-site, so...
it's a bit tough, but,
with the 'panya-nyanda!' charm in my heart,
I'll do my best this afternoon too~💦
