Accepting Myself Honestly | May 2025 Reflection
How about a
break☕ right about now?
Hello. This is RaM.
Out of all the note articles out there,
thank you so much for stopping by and reading this one😊
Please make yourself comfortable
with a cup of coffee☕ in hand♪
Today, I would like to share my end-of-the-month routine: reflecting on my one month of note activities and talking about what I felt from them.
Since the results section serves as a memorandum,
if you're not interested,
please feel free to skip it using the table of contents.

Being able to live in this town of note together with so many people.
My heart is full of sincere gratitude.
Thank you, truly.
Accepting myself honestly
This month, I spent my time with the goal of not comparing myself to others and feeling impatient.
I gave up on participating in the Creative Awards, and as time permitted, I spent my days reading through note posts and e-books, while worrying in the back of my mind about what kind of words I should weave each day.
When I visit various people's articles, I inevitably feel impatient.
That I am not writing as I would like to.
That I am not able to create works that feel like clear achievements.
Naturally, when I look around, there are so many people, and even though I should have understood that they are in a place I cannot reach, my heart felt restless.
Even though I decided not to compare, there is probably a part of me that thinks (or is convinced) that I am inferior somewhere.
Even in my work outside of note, I had many moments of worrying, 'Am I able to use the right words and respond correctly?'
I encountered many situations where I felt frustrated that 'I want to do things more carefully and take more time, but I cannot take the time as I would like.'
I realized that what I can do, even if it is small or makes me feel miserable, is to honestly accept myself as I am right now.
Accepting it is not for the purpose of sinking my own feelings.
It's about telling myself, "You're doing a great job."
It's about inviting myself out, saying, "Shall we go to a cafe and treat ourselves to something special?"
It is a check of where I am right now to provide the care that I need and that suits the moment.
It's easy to feel a bit out of sorts after a long holiday, isn't it?
There's news that whooping cough is going around where I live, which has me feeling a bit uneasy.
With more days of cold rain and the changing temperatures, it's that kind of season.
I hope you all take good care of yourselves so you don't fall ill.

Once again, thank you so much for everything in May 2025.✨
I look forward to your continued support next month as well.😊
