Do you listen to music on a regular basis?
I mainly listen to CDs or Spotify during my commute, and
"NO MUSIC NO LIFE"
is how I feel; I honestly can't imagine a life without music😆
I like J-POP, K-POP, and Japanese rock, and I'm the type who listens to a fairly wide variety of songs, though the ones I repeat most often tend to be ballads😉
As a ballad geek, I'd like to recommend

Yu Takahashi / Fukuwarai
Along with "Ashita wa Kitto Ii Hi ni Naru," this was a song I had on repeat constantly, and I still love it and listen to it often♪
I'm sure the common language of this world is not English, but smiles. I think it's okay to live honestly believing in something that comes to those who laugh.
It reminds me once again that what's important isn't "words," but "smiles."
If you keep smiling, you might be able to connect and become friends even through gestures😊
Also, I personally like how it says "something that comes to those who laugh" instead of explicitly saying "good fortune comes to those who laugh"☆
Saki Misaka / Tsunage!
This song was the cheering song for the 98th All Japan High School Soccer Tournament⚽
It should resonate especially with those involved in ball sports, not just soccer, and I feel it's also an encouraging song for anyone working hard👍
The music video is foggy from start to finish, but light shines through near the end, so I think it gives you the courage to believe that your hard work will surely pay off!😄
Bullet Train / Together As One
This song warms the heart with the gentle, enveloping singing voices of the two vocalists.
The melody is laid-back, so listening to it before bed helps you relax and seems like it would help you sleep well!
It's okay, I'm right by your side
The way they sing "It's okay" is so gentle that it really makes you feel like everything will be "okay" (lol)
It's okay to be slow, it's okay not to be strong, because the sun will rise again tomorrow
I personally love these lyrics in particular😍
YOASOBI / Just a Little More
This song was the theme song for "Mezamashi TV".
The gentle vocals and rhythm are easy on the ears, and listening to it in the morning makes me think, "I'll do my best today!"^^
The music video is also wonderful, and it shows kindness being passed along!
It makes me think I want to be kinder to people too😉

I love these lyrics because they make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside♡
Dai Hirai / Today Without a Title
This song makes me realize once again how precious ordinary daily life is.
Even if today was just an average day, neither good nor bad, no two days are ever the same, right?
Listening to this song makes me want to cherish those nameless, ordinary days.😉
For example, if you find a cookie in your pocket
Rather than eating it secretly so no one finds out
Sharing it with everyone and laughing together
I prefer a world where people like that are called heroes
I personally thought these lyrics were especially wonderful.♪
