A legendary problem teacher who was fired 26 times in just 5 years becomes the homeroom teacher of a "problem class" at the private college-preparatory school Tenhare Gakuen. From there begins a school drama filled with laughter and tears. Depicting the straightforward way of life of Naomi Todo (Norika Fujiwara), who, with her signature line "If you're a woman, don't have cheap love!", asserts her way of living as a woman and her stance as a person, far beyond the boundaries of being a teacher.

Also, as the title includes "3 Teachers & Students 'Less ordinary'", it depicts how three "Naomis"—Naomi Todo, the cool beauty biology teacher Naomi Kai (Ryo), and the first-year teacher and classical literature instructor Naomi Yashiro (Aiko Sato), whose catchphrase is "A teacher must..."—challenge the problems of the students and the school while clashing with each other.
