Speculating on the new members of ROF-MAO
Background
On May 26, 2026, it was reported that Toya Kenmochi of NIJISANJI would be graduating from ROF-MAO.
Along with this, it was announced that activities as ROF-MAO would also be temporarily suspended.
I'm shocked, so I decided to distract myself by speculating about new members and how their announcement might be staged. Please note that this article is just a fan's wild speculation and is a piece of nonsense with no basis in fact.
Candidates
Rai Inami
A multiplayer who can sing, play instruments, and dance. He possesses the skills suitable for ROF-MAO, which holds live performances, making him highly compatible.
Despite his gentle face, he shows a sadistic side in GTA events outside the agency (like MADTOWN), making him suitable for Kenmochi's position. Also, his physical strength is evident, such as streaming right after a private snowboarding trip. Furthermore, he is smart, making him an excellent successor to Kenmochi, who was the brains of ROF-MAO.
With his skills, mentality, physical strength, and intelligence all being suitable for ROF-MAO, isn't he the optimal solution?
Ness Sakaki
He is a good singer and has a strong mentality, such as making sharp retorts to senior Livers. He is a rare intellectual type in NIJISANJI and has excellent verbalization skills, such as streaming explanations for beginners during the LoL tournament participation period. Since he can also handle the MC position, he would likely be able to manage ROF-MAO's proceedings.
There are two points of concern. One is that if he plans to focus on 3SKM's group activities, it would be difficult as it would be a concurrent position (if this weren't the case, Nagao or Fura could also be candidates). The other is the concern that since he is a gambler, he might not be considered a "cool adult"... (prejudice).
Ittetsu Saeki
He is good at talking, and I think he is actually knowledgeable and good at choosing his words, so I think he could be a successor to Kenmochi. He is also a good singer and has been building up his skills, such as performing solo at the 2026 NijiFes. His voice is just great, so it's easy for his voice to carry when talking in a group, and he could be in charge of the low-frequency range, which is valuable in live performances. Contrary to his voice and appearance, he has a kind and polite personality, so he seems like he would quickly get along with his seniors. Since he likes old memes, he seems to be a good match for Heisei-era punishments like electric shocks. A point of concern is that he is a heavy smoker, so leaving aside whether he is a cool adult or not, he seems like he wouldn't be good at long recordings or location shoots. Still, I would like to see a ROF-MAO that he has joined.
Nagisa Trout (Added on 6/6)
After watching his 3D debut, the possibility suddenly surged in my mind. He is a good singer and also good at rapping. He is a mood maker who is evaluated by a certain vampire as someone who makes conversations lively when Trout is present at events within the agency. Because he co-starred with the President and Fuwacchi at his 3D debut, I wondered if it was foreshadowing for him joining ROF-MAO. There are places where you can feel his intelligence in various ways; for example, in his NijiFes review stream, he spoke efficiently in about 30 minutes, giving the impression that he considers the needs of the listener. He also has quick reflexes in conversation, and you can see his quick wit, such as immediately reacting to and jumping on other people's RP. His physical condition is unknown, but he performed a dance at his 3D debut, so he should be fine. He can also demonstrate his inherent skills in the cooking events that occasionally occur in ROF-MAO.

New member announcement production plan
Prank the viewers by putting in a different Liver as a dummy
Hold a stream titled "New Member Announcement Stream!" and announce Sango Suo (or Kokoro Amamiya) as the new member. Amamiya is a Liver that Kenmochi likes, so it would be interesting as a dummy. However, there is a concern that Kenmochi might get angry if she gets hurt too much in a punishment game.
